He is focused on the business development and the development of new markets as well as the relations with the partners of SBC abroad. Manages the IT platforms of SBC.

Svetlana Drenska is an associate Professor and PhD, certified manager and trainer. She is the head of the professional qualifications and the EBC*L Academy certified leadership programs of SBC. Svetlana has led programs of The Open University Business School, Bachelor programs of International University, Master programs of Portsmouth university, Cardiff university, BREDA university from Holland, the certification program CIMA and programs in City University in Bulgaria.

MSc. in mathematics and mechanics. Certified ISO auditor and trainer. Works in the area of best practices and standards for organisational management and IT management. Lecturer in the certification programs in the area of IT, Implementation of best practices, Marketing, Sales and Design of Business Models, Re-engineering of Business processes, Problem solving and Decision making at SBC. Head of the Sales Department of SBC.

Master in Intercultural Communication (University of Bedfordshire, the UK). Area of ​​specialization: Cross-cultural differences with a focus on their impact on business communication. Over 10 years of experience in communications, marketing and business development. Practical experience in IT companies, consulting business (HP, IMPACT Enterprise – B2B IT) and family start-up. In her work experience, she has been part of international teams, where she practically studied and adopted different approaches to solving universal tasks that different cultures apply. Her successful work projects are in the areas of: corporate communication and employee motivation, as part of a communication team at a global level; business process training for project managers in the organization; consulting projects for business development; founding and developing a startup to launch a new product brand in Bulgaria (O’Nice), including hiring and training a team for work. The trainings conducted at the School of Business Competences team are in the areas of: Intercultural differences, Communication, Startup – step by step, Leadership and management.

Vast experience in managing international projects, building and leading successful teams, entrepreneurship,
measuring customer experience. Teaching and leading corporate trainings in Entrepreneurship, Social
Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, ESG. Dedicated to helping companies grow by achieving outstanding customer
experience and leveraging technology, sustainability and innovation consulting in the process. Currently a PhD
student working on universities in support of social entrepreneurship.

Master in Law. Specialised in international law, international relations and commercial law. Trainer in the EBC*L programs of SBC. Leads trainings in commercial law, labour relations, risk management and debt collection at SBC.

Working in the area of language educations. Lecturer in Business English in the programs for professional qualification of SBC.

PhD in International Relations and Foreign Policy. Specialist in international disputes and conflicts, political economy of international relations and foreign policy analysis and forecasting. Leads trainings on the EBC*L program and professional qualification programs with scope: team interactions, conflicts, change management. He participated in corporate training projects of the School of Business Competences. Certified in PRINCE2 Foundation project management methodology.
